And this movie reminds me of my mother and fathers relationship. They never married, we’re engaged for 2 years then split up. Life it seems is what kept them from each other. My father was never able to find a suitable job and my mom was ready to leave New York for Atlanta to follow her job. Circumstances outside of their relationship but loads of strain on them and our family.
